Lizzie Flint Fitness first started out as a Circuits Class in Gawcott Village Hall. The company has now grown into a Personal Training business as well as doing Group Exercise Classes. Lizzie is currently undergoing a Level 4 Weight Management course in order to bring new things to Lizzie Flint Fitness.

Lizzie Flint Fitness currently resides at Lizzie's home in Buckingham. Lizzie has transformed her garage into a wonderful small Home Personal Training Studio.
