WHO I AM

Hi I'm Lizzie

I'm a fully qualified and accredited Personal Trainer. I’ve been helping clients from the Buckingham area with their fitness training since 2017. I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings, the most important one being the mental health benefits it can bring. If we are happy within ourselves then it definitely shows on the outside too. 


I've always been really sporty, my foundations come from Athletics (Sprints) and Netball. I graduated from the University of Worcester with a 2:1 degree in Sport Coaching and Sport Development. I was a fitness coach for the University's Netball Society and ever since then I have always been interested in helping people achieve their goals through sport. â€„

I strongly believe in maintaining movement, whether that's walking 10,000 steps a day or doing 3k runs or playing netball or enjoying your regular Bootcamp class, I definitely think keeping up different movements in your life is a good step towards living a healthier and pain free life. I also believe in doing specific movements for functionality, especially within strength and mobility training.


I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.

I hope I can help you become a fitter, healthier and happier version of yourself. Afterall, we do only have one home and that's our bodies, even more reason to take the time to look after it. Let me help you maintain movement.
